Clear agreements from the start
Projects normally require a 50% deposit, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The balance follows delivery and the agreed revisions. Additional work and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.

No. A clear problem or desired way of working is a useful start. Together, we establish what needs to be specified before development can be priced.

We discuss likely next steps during planning. New features remain separate decisions: we review feasibility and agree their scope and cost before proceeding.
