Automation
Simplify repetitive work with automation built around your business.
Copying data, sending notifications and passing on tasks take time and attention. We explore which steps could be automated and where human oversight remains useful. Subject to your systems’ capabilities, we develop a defined integration or workflow with agreed testing and practical guidance.

What we can take care of
We agree which elements your project needs. Your quotation sets out the scope, deliverables and revision rounds.
A clear process map
A description of the current steps, connected systems and intended outcome. We define what starts the automation and where human review or approval remains necessary.
Integration or workflow
The agreed connection between systems or sequence of actions. Delivery depends on available interfaces, access permissions and the capabilities of the software involved in the process.
Testing and error handling
We test the agreed scenarios, including relevant exceptions. You can see what happens when an error occurs and which notification or manual action is required.
Guidance and handover
Practical documentation explains operation, dependencies and routine checks. We agree who manages settings, responds to notifications and communicates changes to the systems involved in the workflow.
Our approach
From first conversation to a clear approach
Review the process and feasibility
We examine the recurring tasks and investigate your systems’ capabilities. Required access, external charges and limitations form part of the scope before implementation is agreed.
Build and test together
We configure the agreed workflow and test it with suitable data. You review the outcomes, and we incorporate adjustments within the revision rounds specified in the quote.
Launch and hand over
After approval, we put the automation into use as agreed and provide the guidance. Monitoring, maintenance and further development require a separate scope and agreement.
The investment
What shapes the investment?
After a free introductory call of around 30 minutes, you receive a tailored quote defining the scope and revision rounds. Third-party licences and usage charges are identified separately. Monitoring, management and maintenance require an additional agreement and budget.
- The number of systems, process steps and exceptions
- Available integration options and required access permissions
- Data volumes and processing complexity
- Licences, usage charges and the level of monitoring and support
Clear agreements from the start
Projects normally require a 50% deposit, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The balance follows delivery and the agreed revisions. Additional work and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.
Common questions
Good to know
Can you connect the systems I already use?
That depends on the available interfaces, permissions and suppliers’ terms. We investigate these before defining a feasible scope. In some cases, a limited integration is possible or part of the process needs to remain manual.
What costs might apply beyond the initial build?
Connected software may require licences, subscriptions or usage fees. We identify these for the selected solution; suppliers may change their prices. Monitoring, management and maintenance are additional services and are agreed separately.
What happens if an integration fails or software changes?
We document the agreed error handling and who responds to notifications. Supplier changes may require updates. Your quote and any maintenance agreement define the support included; ongoing monitoring or repairs are not automatically part of the initial build.
